Garden designs, quality building and landscaping

JKB Building & Landscaping have built some of Adelaides most prestigious and beautiful Gardens & Outdoor Rooms;

We can work from your Landscape Design or Outdoor Room design that you have already had done or we can organise a design for you, we can project manage the whole project from design conception to implementation.

• We offer an onsite consult with our Garden Designer, they will be able to organize an onsite meeting with you to discuss your requirements, view your garden and quote for the design, this is a free consult and will give us a chance to find out what you would like, If you go ahead with the quote for the design then JKB will also meet onsite with yourselves and our designer, that way we can go though any structural aspects of the job, we do not charge for this, It would help if you have an idea of what you like and don’t like, pictures from landscaping magazines are a good idea. Having an idea on your total budget will also help with the design.
• When the plan is finished we can quote for all of the works, this is given in a detail with individual costs, and we can build all aspects of the job including lighting, electrical and plumbing.

• John Daniels has been in the building industry for over 30 years, John has worked in the Civil and Project Management sectors in Adelaide, John has also worked as a Building Inspector for Parsons Brinkerhoff, with this Knowledge John started JKB Property Maintenance 17 years ago, JKB have done work with most of Adelaides Insurance companies, mostly rectifying mistakes made by other building and landscaping companies, there is a lot to think about when building an outdoor area, drainage, building rules, pool and pool fence regulations, pool heights and positioning, types of paving and coping and how to lay, if not done properly a landscape design and build can cost you thousands to fix if done wrong, we offer a one hour onsite consult with John for $300 (payable on the day) to go through what you would like to do, this could end up saving you a lot more than the $300 spent.
